WHAT IS THAT FUNNY GOOSE LOGO ABOUT?
Traditionally, goose feathers were used to make quill or feather pens. The strongest feathers were taken from birds during their new growth period. Ink and writing with these pens are part of some early art forms that continue to inspire art made today. Ink & Pixels is paying homage to that with the symbol of a goose. (Also, he's just so cute and quirky.)
Meet the Artist
My name is Bri. I am the owner and artist behind Ink & Pixels. I design, print, and ship all of the art shown on my page. My love for art started when I was young but has really blossomed in the digital age. Creativity has always been a wonderful outlet for me whether it be playing music, painting, decorating, or designing.
By day, I am a pediatric pharmacist, and, in the evenings, you'll find me snuggled up with my kitties reading a book or drawing on my iPad. I love getting to help people in my day job and to bring joy with my creativity.
